Julian Gargiulo – better known as “The Pianist with the Hair” – brings a very different kind of piano recital to Intimate Classics. A Steinway Artist, pianist, and composer, Gargiulo has performed internationally from Carnegie Hall to major venues across Europe, Asia, and Australia. His concerts combine serious classical performance with humor, storytelling, and direct interaction with the audience, creating an experience that is spontaneous, personal, and often unpredictable. His Intimate Classics program will draw from the classical repertoire alongside his own distinctive musical personality. A concert for longtime classical listeners – and for anyone who thinks a piano recital might be more fun than they remember.
